Learning in the Great Outdoors

9:30am on January 27, 2022

Join us (for FREE) when Saskatchewan authors and illustrator Bernice Johnson-Laxdal and Miriam Körner share their book When the Trees Crackle with Cold. Bernice and Miriam will help us learn from the great outdoors, as Bernice shares her stories about growing up near Île-à-la-Crosse, Saskatchewan. We will meet sled dogs; foxes and birds; and learn more about the months of the year in the Cree calendar – you can even practice your Cree!
